After months of work behind the scenes, my new online programme is finally ready to welcome it’s very first users.
MoveSmart is a labour of love. It distills over a decade of teaching experience into an eight module, at home course designed to give you the knowledge, tools, and guidance to build a movement practice that actually works for your body, life, and schedule.
There’s been a lot of buzz around Pilates recently. While that’s helped many people fall in love with it, I’ve noticed that beginners coming to my studio are often confused about what Pilates actually is, and unsure whether it can really help them. Most of these beginners are mid-life desk workers juggling busy schedules and big responsibilities. They don’t need trendy, or aesthetic studio classes. They just want to stop aching, balance out the hours of sitting, and feel good again, without spending hundreds on sports massage or at the physio (who, by the way, keeps telling them to try Pilates!). Sound familiar?
I’ve poured time, care, and intention into creating a high quality, guided experience that takes you from having no idea where to start (and no time for in-person sessions) to a solid, sustainable at home movement practice that helps you understand your body, feel better and get back to the things you love.
