To cut a long story short, Abi helped me to fix myself. Her sessions are always interesting, sometimes demanding, deeply therapeutic and truly effective. Abi is an excellent and encouraging teacher, with the linguistic skill to explain difficult concepts simply. I look forward to our sessions so much, and always leave feeling renewed.
— Ed

She is brilliant at using imagery to help you get the most out of the exercises. Her classes have made a lasting difference to my technique & body awareness.
— Rachael

Abi is knowledgeable and always trying to find new ways to challenge and strengthen the body. I started her classes at 12 weeks postnatal (5 years ago) and I haven’t looked back.

About Me

Hi, I’m Abi

I’ve been teaching Pilates across Greater Manchester since 2015. I hold training from STOTT and Polestar Pilates, and a Masters in Movement Directing & Teaching from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

I now teach private sessions from my home studio in Monton, online and corporate classes (for NICE, BBC and Lululemon) and actor movement within higher education.

I work by filtering my anatomical knowledge through accessible instruction and creative imagery, to help you find movement you didn’t realise you were capable of.
